What an energy!

We kicked things off with an “Honest Talk” workshop on Project Management Offices (PMO) in Medtech, bringing together industry experts to openly share insights, challenges, and real-world experiences. At 17:00, we opened our doors for the Medtech afterwork networking event. With 40 participants and countless meaningful exchanges, it truly made the Innofuse day something special.

What stood out most was the openness in the room: even competitors engaging in constructive dialogue (of course, without touching on confidential topics). It was a powerful reminder of how valuable these spaces for exchange really are.

Our deep dive confirmed what many of us experience, while PMO setups may differ across organizations, the core challenges remain strikingly similar.
